Executive Director Joann Febus, who has been with the organization for nearly a decade, expressed how witnessing transformations in women's lives is one of the most rewarding aspects of her role.
"It’s amazing to see how a simple change in attire can shift someone’s entire demeanor," Febus notes. "A client may come in frustrated and leave with newfound confidence and a smile." The emotional journey women experience often extends beyond the clothes; it’s about restoring self-worth and instilling hope.
